Description
CREA-45 is a two component hybrid poly-urea elastomer system((PUU) with high performance.
This system is based on polyether resins, amine chain extenders and prepolymers.
It provides an extremely flexible, tough, resilient monolithic membrane with good water resistance.

Process Condition
  • Dispense pressure : > 2,000psi (Dynamic)
  • Differential Pressure : < 300psi (A and B Dynamic)
  • Spray Width : 40 ~ 80°
  • Main heater Temperature : 70℃(±5℃)
  • Hose heater Temperature : 70℃(±5℃)
  • Component Temperature : 35 ~ 55℃
  • Mixing ratio (V/V) : 1:1
  • Theoretical coverage ratio : 1.1Kg/m2
  • Recommended Coating Thickness : 2 ~ 3mm
  • One Layer Thickness : 300 ~ 800㎛
  • Spray gun Swing Range : <120cm

  • Recoat time : <24hrs(20℃).

    If over the recoat time, use thin coat of the primer before spraying main coat.

  • Top Coat

    To prevent peeling the 'top coat' in the water park application, 'TOP Coat' should be spread within 1 day after 'Main Coat' is sprayed.

    If over the time, use thin coat of the primer.

Construction Specification (20℃)

  • Concrete /Primer / Joint Sealant / CREA-45

    - Spread 'SL-60' within 4~ 48hrs after primer applying

    - Spray 'CREA-45' within 12~48hrs after 'Joint Sealant' applying

  • Steel / Primer / CREA-45

    - Spray 'EPL-550' within 4~24hrs after primer applying

    - Steel should be treated by Sandblast (SA-2.5 or SSPC-SP-10)

Limitation
  • Apply when ambient temperature +5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃
  • Surface temperature must be at least +3 ℃ above dew point
  • Relative humidity must be less than 85%
  • Need preheating of A, B Component to 35~55℃
  • Recommend using ‘Drum heating and’ for preheating.
  • Need to mix well the toner in B Component. Somepart of the toner may be settled down to bottom.
